The Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments (INRCOG) is seeking applicants for the position of Housing Planner. Responsibilities include preparing and administering housing grants, housing needs assessments, monitoring construction work and working with city and county officials, homeowners, and contractors in a six-county region.
